    Hi

I have recently got a C100 and whenever I import it into Premiere I get a warning with a list of code/file names and it says ‘this file format is not supported’. Yet it has imported into Premiere and I am able to use it. I am just confused at why I get this warning every time that the file format is not supported?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Gavin

I have had the same warning message and have been able to edit with the material but then had quite a few glitches. Has anyone got any advice on this matter?

Read related threads about the C100 MTS to Premiere Pro issue, some guys recommend the Media Browser, so I tried that instead of dragging MTS files into Adobe Premiere. Unfortunately it still does not work. Get some tech support online, I got know the Adobe PPro(CC) still can’t support MPEG4 AVC/H.264 encoded AVCHD files well, especially under Mac OS X. To quickly import C100 AVCHD clips to it, the easiest way to transcode C100 footage(.MTS) to Premiere Pro favorable format like MPEG-2 before transferring. It ensures maximum playing and editing quality while working with Adobe.
