importing camera tracking…
Does anyone know how to import camera movement from icarus (the motion tracking software) into cinema 4d?
Do you have to get a script that’ll help you import camera movement (like with blender) or is there a way to add the tracking somehow?I’ve tracked a pan across a road, and there’s to be a robot standing in the middle of the road, and I’ve done everything with icarus, but I can’t seem to figure out how to import the tracking data to cinema 4d.
Any help would be nice 🙂

Just export to .lwo format. Cinema will import it beautifully.

okay, so if I export it as .lwo then will it automatically apply the camera settings for the camera, or will this apply to the whole project somehow?

Mmm, it’s been a long time since i messed with Icarus–can’t remember. Try it and see what happens. 🙂
