I imported a Premiere Pro project into AE to add titles and motion GFX to my edits.
This was fairly easy as you just have to open the project and voila… you have all the elements straigth in AE.

    Now for the harder part.
How do I export the motion GFX and titles back to Premiere?
Do I have to render the sequences and import them in Premiere or is there an alternative to save the project and
    reopen in in Premiere?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

Since AE is ostensibly more complex than Premiere (or whatever), AE project files cannot be imported into Premiere. You need to render them as video clips, then go into Premiere and import the clips.

    Steve,

    Yeah, I figured so already..

Now I’m going to have to render all that stuff out and then going back…

But thanks for confirming what I was suspecting.
