  Importing 3ds file issue

  I’m having trouble with Invigorator PRO 4.0 I found John Dickinson’s website (great stuff) and I looked up this tutorial

  I was able to control a sphere/cube just fine. Then I thought I was ready to control a 3ds that I made, I did the exact same thing but I’m unable to control in 3d space through the comp. I’m I missing something? Thanks In advance.
