  Imported mp4 video out of sync

  I have PP cs4. I imported an mp4 video clip about 15 minutes long and it’s out of sync. The clip is HD 1280×720 29.27 fps. The sequence is the same, I believe. It’s not out of sync at the start of the clip, but it goes more and more out the longer it’s played. Any ideas why? Thanks.
