  Imported comps into Abode premiere CC jams up preview to crawl pace

  The above link illustrates my problem but here goes. My goal is to build a movie clip with text animation using Ae & Pr CC.

  Now i have done this successfully in the past but it took me too long when for example the client decided to cut footage and then all my perfectly timmed text animation would then be out of synch.

  So i am looking for a way to build a short movie with Pr but keep the text annotations flexible as in you can move them about.

  I tried the method of importing the text animation as comps into Premiere pro but I just get preview gridlock, everything jams up 🙁

  Does any one know why this might be or another method to import text animation from Ae into Pr without render gridlock? (My iMax has plenty of Ram, bought 2 years ago, nver had this problem before).

  Any insights welcome (damn this is frustrating)
