I am messing around with AE for the first time and I stumbled upon a problem. Whenever I imported my clip to edit, it was zoomed in really far for some reason. I went down to the percentage and changed that around but it did not help. Any advice on how I can see the whole clip?

    Thanks

When you place a clip in a composition, it is at 100%. That is, pixel for pixel. So if, for example, you put a HD clip in a SD comp, you’re only going to see a small portion of the center of the clip. Press s to bring up scale. Then adjust the scale until it fits.

But perhaps you wish your composition to be the same size as the clip. Go to composition settings and choose a different preset, etc.
