  • import video with Keynote with surround export settings?

Posted by Elliot Pollaro on August 14, 2007 at 8:51 pm

Im wanting to export a video out of final cut pro that has 5.1 surround sound and import it into my keynote project for a presentation.

What settings should I use for best quality and to carry the surround over into keynote?

I really need some help on this.

    Thanks

I don’t think keynote has surround sound capabilities.

well okay, i want to use fcp on a laptop and i want it to be one video file. What export settings would i use to have best quality with DVCPRO HD 720P60 footage. I just want to export a single file instead of having the full edit from my intel macs.

I can use the seperate 5.1 audio and lay it underneath the video track, just looking for a good export setting we are going to be playing it from FCP onto a projector.

I think the only way to do it is to burn the file to a dvd and on your macbook pro take the digital out and connect it to the surround sound receiver. In the disc setup panel change the audio output to digital. Or just play it off a dvd player into the projector and surround sound receiver.
