Import Square Pixels
I am trying to import a motion project. I have set the motion project for square pixels but when I import they are NTCS CCIR 601. This happens on photoshop files too. Is there a project setting or preference I need to change?

With no information on the frame size you are wanting to import into FCP, the sequence settings you wish to use and what you are delivering, it is hard to offer an opinion.

Go to the FC Browser and check the files as Squared Pixels.

That is what I did … was just wondering if there was a way to not have to do that manually.
