import scale problem
Sometimes when i import a file from illustrator into ae everything looks nice, but if you look in the scale properties of that layer it wont be 100%-100%.it could be 234%-531% for example. even if that happens my design will look ok.but when I try to rotate it(i also use duik tools) if those two numbers are not equal , i will get a deformed result.the design will be skewed.
does anyone know what that is happening?

Check that your Contrain Proportions is ebabled in the scale property.

When you import the AI layers, do you import Layer size or Comp size?

Can you upload the .aep file with the Illustrator file in it so that I can check the problem more precisely?
Just make a new project and import the illustrator file in it. Don’t forget to collect files(Go to File>Collect Files.
