Concerning the import of video clips; when I import a clip from an external hard drive, does it get recopied to the internal drive that I have designated as the scratch drive? Or does PP cs4 just play it from it’s location? The reason I ask is that I have about 600 gigs of footage on an external drive and I’m afraid that if I start to import it, it will fill my other drive and bog down my machine. Any thoughts? Thanks.
