IMPORT problem, tape quality question/problem?

Your guess is as good as mine. What camera did you use to shoot with? Do you have access to that camera? What deck are you trying to log and capture from? A lot of unanswered question to give you a correct answer.

I’m using the Panasonic Ag hdx200. I am using FCP 6 to log n capture from mini Hdv tape. I own the camera.
Not sure what else….

That camera doesn’t shoot HDV. It either shoots DVCPRO HD to P2 cards, or DV to tape. It does not shoot HD to tape…and definately not HDV. If you shot to tape, you shot DV. Use the DV/NTSC Easy Setup to capture that tape.

Sorry…it isn’t in HD.
