    If I save a preset in one Premiere Pro CS5 project (let’s say for lighting) and I want to use that preset in another CS5 project, is there any way to import that preset into another project?

    If you save a preset, it will be available for every projects (on that same computer).

    You can find it in your effects panel under presets.
