    Import logo issue

    Hi,

    I have an issue with a logo I’m importing into Invigorator. In Illustrator we used a path to create a R then put a brush stroke on it. When importing it creates spikes going everywhere and some random lines in places. The rest of the logo is just two circles and straight up text as outlines.

    Should I look at trying just a more simple stroke? Just wondering what other people have done with a brush stroke.

    Hi Derek,

    When using a brush stroke, be sure to go to the “Object > Path” menu, and select the command “Outline Stroke”. This should convert the brush stroke so you can get the general shape when you import the logo.

    If you are still getting the spikes, go to the “Object/Object Controls” panel, and adjust the SpikeBuster controls. By increasing the values, this will trim the spikes that appear.
