import log information into premiere pro 1.5 from Avid Adrenaline media composer or final cut hd
What file format do I need to export from either final cut pro hd or avid adrenaline media composer to bring the log information into adobe premiere pro 1.5. It is about 30 tapes worth of footage that has already been logged in final cut, and brought over to avid also, but needs to be digitized and cut in premiere pro 1.5. How do I export just the log information from either final cut or avid. I don’t need any timeline or sequence information because there is no media actually captured yet, only which reel each media is on, the description, and the in and out points.
