import failure CS4 osx
I can’t get premiere pro CS4 4.0.1 (or soundbooth for that matter) to import any .wav or .avi in OSX. Even uncompressed .avi or plain old 16bit/48khz uncompressed .wav generate “FILE IMPORT FAILURE – Unsupported format or damaged file.” These files playback fine in quicktime or VLC. Does CS4 just not support .wavs or .avis at all? There shouldn’t be codec issues with uncompressed files right?
