    Import Error: Wrong Format

    Hello everybody.

    Working with files from sony xdcam, mpeg 1/2 (mpgv)
    trying to import/ link AMA, on Avid 8.2 trial version.
    can’t import, because of the format, after AMA linking says on the source screen: WRONG FORMAT.
    I’ve downloaded the plug-in from sony webpage:https://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/pdzk-ma2#notes

    it does nothing

    Any idea what shoud be done? anything needs to be done after running the setup of the plug in?

    Can’t start working.

    File format MP4, MPEG 1/2 (mpgv) shot with sony xdcam 25s
    project format: pal 25
    tried any project with 25 shots – won’t work
