Import Dialog Box appears on Right Screen, Not Left
Hi,
I have 2 monitors set up to use in FCP. My left screen is my main screen and my right screen is my 2nd monitor that I put the Browser on. When I go to Import files and the box comes up and asks me to choose a file, it appears on my left screen. I want it to appear on my right screen. I had it like this on my old Mac. How can I get the import box to appear on my right screen?
Is there any settings I have to set in FCP or Snow Leopard
I am now using a Mac Pro with Snow Leopard using FCS 2.

It will open where it did last… so just drag it over there, and next time it should open there.

Hi Jerry,
I tried that and it still did not work. Is there something I am missing. It worked fine in Leopard. Could it be a Snow Leopard Thing? I cannot seem to get the box to open on my Left screen.
I am using FInal Cut Pro 6 on a Brand New Mac Pro.

I was wrong (again) I too only get it to open on the same screen as the Viewer/Canvas/Timeline resides. Might try trashing preferences, but I think it’s just the way it is.
