Import Compositions with Media Browser

Hi, forgive me if this is a dumb question, but can I import only compositions from one project into another through the Media Browser?
In the Media Browser tab I can see the compositions within other projects, but every time I try to import and don’t work. I believe I may be doing something wrong. But in the following image you can see the result.

You can’t use the Media Browser to import After Effects compositions when you’re in Ae. (You CAN use the Media Browser to import After Effects compositions when you’re in Premiere, though!)
Instead, use File > Import and select your AEP file. Ae will import the entire project file you selected into your current project.
If you only wish to import a specific comp from a project, you might want to reduce the project first.
