Import 48k PAL to Final Cut 7
Hi!
Settings in FCP 7 are hell for me…Have camcorder HDV 1080i/Mini DV (HDV 1080i50) from the US (NTSC guess). Trying to import to FCP material which was not shot on this camcorder, display showing its in format? DV CAM 48kPAL, FCP doesnt recognize, camcorder hasnt problem with it … possible to view it on the camcorder …
Any tips PLEASE?!?!?! 🙂 THX!!!

Not enough information about the camcorder.

If its from the US its unlikely to be 1080i50 it would be 1080i60.
Have you set the camera to play back DV in preference to HDV via the firewire export?
