Looks legit. The new dark, Discrete Logic Edit*/Smoke-inspired GUI skin seems consistent. Seems like an awful of of trouble to go to to make a fake, when the real thing is maybe days away.

Thank you very much. I also hope that the new version will be much more stable. It is annoying how unstable Motion is, particularly in comparison to After Effects. I wonder what that Rig thing is. 🙂

Zak, if I had to hazard a guess, rig will be roughly equivalent to the puppeteering tool in AfterEffects. You set up a hierarchy of nulls paired to x,y,z, rotations and/or displacements/translations, and then some slider or mouse (or multitouch? Why not?) control setup will let you manipulate the rig with proper kinematics, without needing to do intensive keyframing on each object.

I cant wait. I was begining to lose hope… I agree with everyone, this is definitly real because the person who leaked it just got their twitter account shut down.
As for features i want some good ol native true 3d (even if its only text) just to give us something over after effects. Some better compositing tools would be nice as well.

It was more of the rhetorical question. Non the less, I love to see some great compositing features buil in and more diverse filters. More importantly better stability of motion.

I would love to see a better compositing tool as well. I think Motion’s keying ability is very weak.
