Just so I understand you correctly, if I do paste a photo in between a piece of film, I can still use the pan crop tool to zoom in and out of the photo parts as its length will allow?

That’s correct Ed. Pan/Crop is an Event (i.e. single clip) FX only, not a Track FX.
