    Howdy folks,

Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but I figured I’d ask nonetheless. I’ve got a webpage I’ve designed in Photoshop CS, which I then brought into ImageReady CS to slice up and make rollovers and all those kinds of things.

The problem I’m having is, when I view the website on certain computers (generally newer windows machines), the slices appear to have black lines around them when the rollovers are engaged. This problem happens in both Firefox and Internet explorer — black lines at the edges of the slices appear and disappear as the rollover states are activated and deactivated.

Is this something I’ve done wrong, or a browser issue? The site generally appears OK on Macs and older PCs. Thanks.

What html editor do you use? Html is a very funky language and has limits and the same code can look different in many browsers. If you want HTML control you need to use a program like dreamweaver, this way you can get through some of the inconsistencies.
