  ImageReady linking .mpeg files

  sorry not sure where to ask this..probably should ask this in baby cow or whatever. Just getting into ImageReady and all seems pretty straight forward–however my question. How can I link an .mpeg file to play in a certain area on my main web page using imageReady ? I can link it right to the file and it opens inside windows media player, but I want to open it without the player in it’s own box on the main page. Make sense ?
  any helps tips, tricks, pointers or just giving me the finger is appreciated 🙂
