Image Underneath Video
Sorry for the somewhat confusing title, I am fairly new to AE so let me explain… I think the correct term for what I am about to describe is called “masking” but I may be wrong… I have a few still shots filmed on a tripod and I’d like to insert an image in the top right corner of the video. But sometimes my hand goes over the position where this still image will be placed. Which means the image will be on top of my hand. I do not want this, I’d like the image to be under my hand whenever my hand goes in the same position as the image.
I’m sure this is a very simple question and I have even searched masking tutorials, but would I have to mask out my hand frame by frame whenever it goes over the image in the top right, or how would this work? Any insight or help would truly be appreciated and sorry if my extremely noob question offends anyone lol 🙂
