Image sequences
Absolutely baffled, friends and neighbors. I have managed to save a series of images in Photoshop as a photo sequence importable as such into Motion exactly once, and failed three other times. The time that worked, I had a bunch of sequences named, for instance, image-1.jpg, image-2.jpg, and so on. I have tried that with other projects, but the Image Sequence box in Motion’s IMPORT window remains grayed out. I have tried image_01.jpg, image_02.jpg, etc., but I get the same grayed-out box. What on earth gives? My kingdom for a horse!

Use thre digits at the end sort of _001 and so on, also make sure your images are saved to rgb not cmyk. Try also jpeg rather than png.
