    I have Sony handycam cameras and Vegas Pro 9 and Vegas Pro Architect 5 software for making DVD’s. These progams are installed in a computer with Windows Vista installed and everything works well.

    However, I need a multimedia software program that is compatible with the above that can design transparent image overlays (“bugs”, I believe they are called)to add to my movies.

    I also have Vegas Pro Production Assistant installed which informs me that a graphic file type that supports transparency such as PNG ot TGA format must be included in the software program.

    Can anyone advise me of a suitable (affordable) program or email me a link to one, please?

    Ive only used Photoshop. Maybe PS Elements would be good
