  Image ‘fogged up’ any way to mask?

  Hi, I am looking for a possible solution to this problem. I was given some footage of a white collar boxing match to edit.

  The problem is that the lens was ‘fogged up’ (like permanent hot breath on a window).

  Is there any way to mask or at least partially disguise this with a filter or plug in? Or any suggestions at all?
