I am using Adobe Premier Pro CC 2014. I have been using Premier for years now and i started seeing this happen more and more often ( i think it was since i updated to CC 2014).

Whenever i drag a video clip left or right the audio stays where it is and a red label with the offset time is indicated on it. I try linking them but apparently i can only unlink them. Which means they are link anyway.
