I’m having issues rendering in .wmv
For videos, I have always used .wmv to render, since it’s great quality (both sound and video), and not too huge of a file size. I’ve just finished a huge project my friend and I have been working on for YouTube, and I tried rendering it last night. However, it starts to render and gets about 9% in, then it abruptly stops and says “Rendering failed” in addition to the information network rendering provides following a successful export. The video is always about 19 seconds long in good quality; I have no idea what the issue is. I’ve tried changing the pixel size, which made the entire video render fine in .wmv though extra widescreen. Can anybody help, or suggest any other format/ rendering settings that would be similar? This is the first time I’ve encountered this problem.
My render settings are like this: CBR Audio; Windows Media Audio 9.2; 10 kbps, 22 kHz, stereo (A/V) CBR
CBR Video, Windows Media 9, 1280×720, 1.000 Pixel aspect ratio, 59.94 fps, 5 seconds/ keyframe, Override default compression buffer every 3 seconds, about 90 percent Video smoothness.
Target bit rate: Internet/LAN: 4.80M
I included all of that because I’m not sure what much of that even meant…
