Im having a nightmare! Accidently deleted and rerecorded over AVCHD MTS files!
Please help, someone. I had an entire project recorded on AVCHD on a SD disk and I deleted the footage and re-recorded over it.
Is there anyway to salvage the deleted footage? I am trying to use Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery but it seems to only be extracting the current files and I need what was deleted.

Well, it sounds grim.
First, don’t be sure to not write or change anything on the card.
