I’m currently in the process of creating a logo for my alter ego/web nickname, jordsta.. And I noticed on a tutorial I found somewhere on the web that you can make this really sleek cut-out effect by adding a 1pt stroke around your text. I’ve lost track of this tutorial, and am wondering how can I remove this stroke while keeping this cut out effect, so I can use this logo on all kinds of backgrounds, without having to edit the logo for each one.. I hope you guys can help!

Here’s a small visual example of what I’m saying.. Thanks for your help!

You can wither trce over the stroke or click on object>path>outline stroke to convert the stroke into a white filled object, them just delete it and the space will remain
