Illustrator problem Hand Tool
Hi,
I’m having a problem just today in Illustrator.
No matter what tool I select my mouse pointer stays as the hand tool
I can’t do anything at all other than click n drag which just pans my art area
I’m pretty sure this is something I’ve unwittingly done because it was fine a couple of hours earlier but I can’t imagine how to undo it.

I believe this is because the program has reached it’s available resources. You need to open up the preferences for the program and allot more ram to it. Then restart the application.

I think I have cured this issue now but still not sure what caused it.
Even a reboot didn’t affect it but I restarted Illustrator with Shift Control Alt held down to reinitialize any config and that seemed to have done the trick.
