    Subject: Illustrator pattern problem.

I have a problem with Illustrator.

I have a element that I want to fill with a pattern that I made myself (made it from my background image).
    (see: https://www.trancevibez.com/koozftp/Charles/Screen1.jpg )

But when I define it to my element and I move the element the patters stays at the same position so that it changes every time I move it. Is there a way to define it to my element so that it stays the samen wehen I move it?
    (see: https://www.trancevibez.com/koozftp/Charles/Screen2.jpg )

I tried it also with another pattern (standaard from Illustrator) but the it does the same.
I can not work with transparancy because of all the layers behind that need to cover each other.

I hope I explained it clear enought. Any suggestions?

    Thnank you for your time.

    Grtz. Charles

Transform Palette > flyout menu > change it from Transform Object only to Transform Both. Should do the trick.
