Illustrator Max Zoom 6400%?
I’m trying to zoom in closer to the graphic image and wanted to know if 6400% is the max? Any way to zoom in closer?

Nope, 6400 is as good as it gets. Perhaps you can scale up your object work our edits and then scale it back down.
