Illustrator Layers are only 3 frames long when imported
Importing a layered Illustrator file.
Checking Import as Composition and Layer Size.
Imported comp is only 3 frames (and change long)
Here’s what I’ve tried:
Created a new comp that’s one minute long. Then reimported Illustrator files. Same result.
Changed import preferences to specific length. Same result.
Changed preferences back to comp length. Also same result.
There’s no checkbox for image sequences, I’m in creative cloud. Any ideas out there?

I’m guessing you are using macOS.
There is in fact a sequence checkbox in the Import dialog, but macOS likes to hide it. Click the Options button in the lower-left corner of the Import dialog, then disable “Illustrator Sequence”.
