Illustrator CS3 – Separate by Color?
Hello,
I have a somewhat complicated logo that I want to sort of explode and separate into groups by color. There are only three colors. How might I do this?
The Select Similar feature doesn’t really work as I need black separate from yellow, and some paths use black strokes with yellow fill.
Ideas please!

Try…
Select All, than Object/Path/Outline Stroke.
You should now be able to Direct Select the fills and Select/Same/Fill Color.Vince
