Illustrator CS 1.3 resizing issue
Ok guys, sorry in advance because this is probably a really basic question, but it’s one that’s driving me crazy. I am trying to create some logos with the pen tool, which is working out well. When I attempt to resize the image, the stroke will not reduce proportionally. How can I fix this? Any help is very appreciated.

It’s a setting:
Bring up your transform palette, and look in the flyout menu – check the option for “scale stroke and effects.”
