Illustrator 10 & paths
Hi,
I’m using C4D 10 and Illustrator CS2…when I bring text made in illustrator, it groups each letter path into a null object. I tried dragging the null object (with all the paths grouped into it) into an Extrude NURBS object, but I think it’s trying to extrude the null object and not the paths that are inside it.
I guess my question is, do I have to apply an Extrude NURBS object to each path individually, or is there a way to do it all at once?

there is a checkbox in the extrude nurbs called “hierarchical”
this will extrude all the paths under the null
