Illustrated effect

October 18, 2013 at 1:44 pmThat video is mostly made of still images (very likely created in Illustrator) that are layered on top of each other and moved. The drawing and other work in Illustrator is crucial.
If, however, you want to get a somewhat similar look from live-action video, you can start with the Cartoon effect:
