  Illsutrator- Links palette get information

  I place an .tif in illustrator, select the image in the links palette and choose Link information form the flyout menu. I get 24% rather than 100%. Works fine on a .psd version of the same file, unless I embed the .psd. What is going on, would rather get back no results on the scaling than incorrect information.

  Thsi is happening on CS1 pc at work.
