iFinish not loading up
Our iFinish Media 100 when starting comes up with an error message ” Error Loading Finish DDL. An error condition of -19801 was detected” Any help would be appreciated. Alrady have reseated the boards, removed software and reloaded with no sucess. PC Platform Compaq EVO 8000 computer.

Not sure if there is anything on the iFinish platform as the Media 100 Hardware test that is available for the Mac-based Media 100 i systems, but I would guess that there should be something similar. Try looking in your iFinish folder for a hardware test, and if there is one, run it. I think if you haven´t changed anything on your system lately it could be a hardware failure.

The hardware test file will not run……. how else will we know, which of 3 boards maybe be bad?
