.iff
I’m doing my compositing in Motion, and some of the elements are from Maya. I’ve been exporting Targa image sequences from Maya, but if there is an advantage to the native file format (.iff), then I would rather use that. Unfortunately, Motion doesn’t read .iff out of the box.
Is there a solution, or am I doing what everyone else is?

download the maya PLE – it loads the iff quicktime components so you can read the iffs.
