  Hi, I purchased my particle illusion program from swww.soft-low.net but I didn’t receive a serial number, or activation code, from them. I already tried asking for assistance but they weren’t much help. I have all my login information from the website and a receipt of my purchase. I was wondering if it’s possible to be given an activation code.
