If I use Proxy media, what happens when I export?
If I choose to create “proxy” media when I import media into FXPX, when I export the project, will it export the project using the reduced size “proxy” media or will it use the large “original” files?

It will use the proxy files to export. This actually can be useful because it will share a lowres proof very quickly.

When you create proxy media, you switch to using it in preferences. Go to preferences and switch back before export to use the original/optimised media.
