    Hello

Looking for a way to replicate a blinding sort of video luma blowout as in a car crash where everything goes silvery-white for a flash then recedes to black. (Leaving the end to the imagination of the viewer)

Would CC Radial Fast Blur work on a photo? Or, could Particle Illusion have any tricks inside that would work on a still?

    TIA

Thanks for your response. I have dl’d the tutorial but the finished product has to leave for Africa in 3-4 days so (for expediency) I did ‘experiment’ on my own with fx in Liquid and came pretty close with a combination of Lens Flare, Radial Blur, some back / foreground lighting and some glow effect. It came out ok for just digging in the toolbox.
