Is there a way to have my sequence in fcp 6 play on an ichat screen to a remote viewer (s) while I am on another ichat screen with that viewer (s)?

Yes you can do it but it is not easy. If you have an extra mac lying around you have to run composite video out of your deck to an A to D converter and take the firewire to the other computer. Have a second AIM account for the other computer and the client will see the firewire output and then you could see the client on your machine. This was demonstrated a few years ago at NAB at the apple event.
