I really need to create some ice on an object or Ice on the ground. Any ideas in After Effects without crazy plugins?

November 5, 2005 at 4:41 pmWe bid on a project where people and the environment were going to have to be frozen over. The FX company decided the best way was tp paint the ice effect in and animate it appearing over time. So it’s basically down to paint skills ut onto layers.
