I was thinking of buying this slider but is their any hidden drawbacks?

November 12, 2018 at 8:47 pmI was thinking of buying this slider since it’s really cheap compared to others:
However, at a price that cheap, I figure there has gotten to be some hidden drawback it has compared to other sliders you can by that cost more. There must be some bad catch as to why it’s that cheap, that they sites are not listing.
Is there, or what do you think?

November 14, 2018 at 4:50 pmI’ve been working on and designing a slider bundle for three years. It’s about to see the light of day after various stages of development and manufacturing. It will be considerably more than the one you posted, but you will be able to use mine for almost every possibility you can think– on and off the track. It is also 100% made here in the U.S.A.

December 14, 2018 at 12:49 amOh okay, that’s interesting to know.
When it comes to choosing a slider, I would probably want the longest one I can get, and I was thinking of getting a 4 foot long one.
However, if I wanted to do a push in, on a slider that long, what focal length of lens would I need to zoom in past 4 feet of slider track? Would an 85mm do it, or would I need a longer lens than that?
