I want to contact Apple . . .
Hi there, I’ve been using the FCP suite as my primary editing system for about 4 months now. Sofar loving it. I came from A DS Nitris suite and a Quantel Henry before that. All told I’ve been editing for about 20 years.
I’m really digging the FCP to Motion round tripping and use it for most of my titling needs. Thing is I’d like to make it better. I feel with my experience with these very expensive systems I have some ideas for improvements. How can I get in contact with the software engineers working on the programs?
Do they ever pop in here? I’ve left feedback on Apple’s website but haven’t gotten any response. I wasn’t expecting too much but I gave it a shot.Kevin Thomas

Glad you are enjoying the apps. I’d suggest posting your ideas here. There’s just so many people out there using the program Apple doesn’t have the resources to go one-on-one with everybody. But they read these boards. Greg Niles for example is one of the designers of Motion and pops in once in a while.

Also look in the apps’ menus for a PROVIDE FEEDBACK item.
